Human-centered AI:
How to enable a bilateral communication between Human and Machine?
Akkodis, a global digital engineering company and Smart Industry leader, in collaboration with the German-French Academy for the Industry of the Future (GFA) – founded by the France’s Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM) – holds the third German-French Industry of the Future Workshop. The workshop, which aims to expand German-French cooperation in the high-tech sector, will feature an interactive format in which scientists and industry experts work on finding interdisciplinary solutions to this year’s topic:
“Human-centered AI: How to enable a bilateral communication between Human and Machine?”
The workshop will take place on June 27th, 2023 in the Factory Berlin
The workshop is an interactive platform for research and industry experts, oriented around relevant industrial topics of emerging technologies. In this format, we will discuss how to enable a bilateral communication between Human and Machine.
The workshop is focused around 4 axes:
- Expert exchange between engineers and researchers
- Discuss proof of concepts and challenge academic ideas for industry application
- Discussion and know-how exchange on the topic of human-centered AI
- Enhance relations between industry and French and German universities

This interactive platform will bring together experts from academia and industry to discuss the topic “How to enable a bilateral communication between Human and Machine?”. Keynotes will be held by experts such as Prof. Dr. Gerhard Rigoll, professor in Human-Machine Communication at TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology and Dr. Mehdi Mounsif, Ph.D in Reinforcement Learning and AI Tech Lead at Akkodis, who will share their insights regarding the latest innovations in the industry.
